RECOVER DON’T GIVE UP!

I know the feeling, working your ass off daily, eating all the right food, spending ages training annnnnnnd you loose motivation or your injured. Sometimes, yes – it’s hard. Having a work life and a outside life is hard and sometimes it’ll get too much.

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY – you’ll only ever have one, listen to yours. If you’re over worked and your body is showing visible signs of stress, don’t quit; give yourself a few days. Catch up on life, let your stress levels lower then get back on it! You’ve spent so much hard work and dedication and time on something, don’t let it go to waste. You’re not going to loose all your hard work after a few rest days. Your body will thank you for letting it recover and de-stress.

Moral of the story, listen to your body, rest when you need to and never give up.
